Who can use this service

CB-Dogs is a cashback service for people aged 18 or over who reside outside Japan. Our Japanese-language site is provided for Japanese nationals who live abroad.

Who cannot use this service

Residents of Japan, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, EU/EEA member states, and other countries or regions designated in our Terms of Service cannot use this service, regardless of nationality.

CB-Dogs does not solicit residents of Japan or of the countries and regions listed above to open accounts or use our service. Advertising for this site and service is not directed at residents of those countries or regions. We do not run advertising targeted at Japan, and we do not run campaigns aimed at residents of Japan.

If you move back to Japan

If you move back to or relocate to Japan, please contact us promptly. Trades executed on or after your return date are not eligible for cashback, and we will disconnect your linked trading account. Cashback that accrued before your return date will be paid using our usual payout method.

Confirming your country of residence

We confirm your country of residence when you sign up. If there is any doubt about what you've told us, we may ask you to provide documents confirming your residence. If we find that you are a resident of an excluded country or region, we may stop providing the service to you.

Laws in your own country

Regulations and tax treatment relating to overseas forex trading and receiving cashback vary by country. Please check and comply with the laws of your country of residence before using this service.
