What is forex cashback?

It's a share of the advertising (referral) fee a broker pays for introducing clients — commonly called an Introducing Broker (IB) commission — passed on to you. When you trade through our IB link, the broker pays us a per-lot advertising fee, and we pay most of it back to you in USDT, the same model used by cashback and points sites in other industries.

Is it really free?

Yes. There's no fee to sign up, and your spreads, commissions and execution are identical to opening an account with the broker directly. The rebate comes from the broker's existing marketing/IB budget, not from any extra cost to you.

Which countries are excluded?

To comply with applicable laws and broker regulatory requirements, CB-Dogs is not directed at residents of certain countries and regions (including Japan). Our Japanese-language site is specifically for Japanese nationals living outside Japan. The current list is on our Eligibility & Marketing Policy page.

How do I get paid?

Exclusively in USDT over the TRON network (TRC20). We don't currently support any other coin, network or fiat payout method.

Are there any fees?

Withdrawals of 50 USDT or more are free. Withdrawals below 50 USDT incur a flat 3 USDT network fee to cover transaction costs.

Request a withdrawal from your member page. Withdrawals are usually processed within a few business days, and we'll email you the transaction ID once the USDT has been sent.

Generally yes, as long as it complies with the broker's own terms of service. Strategies designed purely to exploit rebates without genuine market risk (e.g. self-matched or latency-arbitrage trades) are excluded.

Will this affect my broker's deposit bonus?

Accepted Answer

It can. Some brokers' bonus or loyalty programs are tied to which IB/partner an account is linked to. Check the specific broker's page for details, and ask us before you sign up if you're relying on a bonus.

I already have an account with the broker — can I still join?

Accepted Answer

In some cases, yes — many brokers allow a one-time IB/partner change on an existing account, subject to their own policy. See the "Linking an existing account" section on the broker's page, or ask us and we'll help you check.

Can I still use it while temporarily back in Japan?

Accepted Answer

Yes — if you're back in Japan temporarily, for example for travel or a business trip, your country of residence hasn't changed, so you can keep using the service. If you've moved your permanent residence back to Japan, you're no longer eligible — please contact us in that case.

How do I set up a USDT (TRC20) wallet?

We recommend Trust Wallet. Install it from the official App Store or Google Play, create a wallet and write down your recovery phrase offline, then find USDT and make sure the network is set to TRON (TRC20). See our step-by-step wallet guide for details.

How long does trading account linking take?

Accepted Answer

Linking is usually confirmed within 24 hours, and at most 2 business days. If you just opened the account, it may take a little longer for it to appear on the broker's side.

Can my balance be frozen if I don't withdraw?

Accepted Answer

We recommend withdrawing cashback within 3 months of it being credited. A balance left unwithdrawn for more than 3 months may be frozen at our discretion. Freezing isn't forfeiture — just contact us and we'll unfreeze it after confirming your account details.

Does my balance ever expire?

Only in one case: a balance credited more than 12 months ago, where you haven't logged in or withdrawn for the last 12 months. Before anything expires, we send two reminders to your registered email — about 30 days and about 7 days beforehand. Logging in or withdrawing before the date in the notice keeps your balance.

Why was cashback deducted, or why is my balance negative?

If a broker cancels or reduces the commission for your trades (for example because of a chargeback, bonus abuse or account closure), we deduct the matching cashback. If that cashback was already withdrawn, it's offset against your future cashback, so your balance can temporarily go negative. Withdrawals are unavailable while the balance is negative. Contact us if you'd like details.

How does the affiliate program work?

Every member gets a personal referral link on the Affiliate page of the member area. You earn 10% of the broker's advertising (referral) fee generated by the traders you refer, for as long as they trade — and their cashback isn't reduced. Sharing your link with people you know needs no registration, but if you promote it publicly (website, blog, video, social media, etc.), register that media on your member page and wait for approval first. When can I withdraw my cashback? Why is some of it "pending"?

Accepted Answer

We credit cashback once the broker has actually paid us the commission and we have confirmed its report. Credited cashback first shows as pending (confirming) and becomes withdrawable after a confirmation period set for each broker — currently 7 days after it is credited. XM: usually about 3–4 weeks from your trade until the cashback can be withdrawn. Exness: usually about 2–3 weeks from your trade until the cashback can be withdrawn. The overall timing depends on each broker's payout cycle to us. Your member page shows the pending amount and the date each part becomes withdrawable.

When can I withdraw referral rewards?

Referral rewards become withdrawable a further 7 days after the related cashback is confirmed — so they are withdrawable 14 days after being credited. Until then they appear as pending on your member page and affiliate page.

How much of the broker's advertising fee do I get back?

Accepted Answer

We pass 60% of the advertising (IB referral) fee the broker pays us back to you. Illustrative example: if a broker paid a hypothetical $10 advertising fee for one lot, you would receive $6.00 and we would keep $4.00. Are there any limitations I should know about?

Yes. Some broker bonuses may not apply to partner-linked accounts; cashback depends on the broker actually paying us (reversed commissions reverse the cashback); and there is a confirmation period of roughly 3–4 weeks from trade to withdrawable balance. Cashback lowers your costs but does not change the risk of trading.

How do you choose which brokers to list?

We don't list brokers with known, unresolved withdrawal-payment problems, we show each broker's regulatory information on its page, and we only add brokers whose advertising fee we can track and verify. We don't name or criticise brokers we decided not to list.

Will I receive newsletters?

Accepted Answer

Yes. By registering, you'll receive CB-Dogs newsletters — announcements such as system updates, new brokers and rate changes, plus a short welcome series after you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the footer of every newsletter; this doesn't affect the service emails needed for your account (verification, security, account-linking and payouts).

How do I close my account?

It's self-service — no need to contact support. Go to account settings, open "Close account", read the warnings, tick the checkbox and enter your password. We'll email you a confirmation link; nothing changes until you click it, and the link expires after 24 hours. You can cancel the request at any time before then. Closing is immediate and irreversible once confirmed, and a closed account cannot be restored.

What happens to my balance if I close my account?

Your entire remaining balance is forfeited and will not be paid — this includes any amount that was withdrawable, any amount still pending/confirming, and any amount below the minimum withdrawal. Cashback or referral earnings not yet credited at closure are also forfeited. So withdraw any balance that meets the minimum first, and download your cashback/withdrawal history before closing — once closed you can no longer sign in or access your history. You can register again afterwards with the same or a different email, but the new account starts fresh with no balance or history carried over.
