Exness Cashback Not Showing? A Step-by-Step Checklist
If Exness cashback is not showing on CB-Dogs, first check the link status (Pending review, Approved, Rejected or Unlinked). An Approved account normally shows cashback about 2-3 weeks after a trade; an account opened under another partner needs a partner change or a new account via our link.

Disclosure: CB-Dogs receives an advertising (referral) fee — sometimes called an IB commission — from brokers for accounts opened or linked through us, and returns part of it to you as cashback, the same model used by cashback and points sites. This does not change your trading costs.

You traded on Exness and your CB-Dogs balance shows nothing. Before assuming something is broken, work through the checklist below in order. Most cases fall into one of two groups: the account is not linked to us, or it is linked and the money has simply not arrived yet.
Key takeaways
- Open your accounts page first. The status is Pending review, Approved, Rejected or Unlinked, and each one has a different fix.
- An Approved Exness account normally shows cashback about 2-3 weeks after a trade. Until then the amount sits under Pending (confirming) on your dashboard.
- If the account was opened without our link or under another partner, a partner change request or a new account via our link is needed. Past trades are not backdated.
- Per-lot figures are estimates. Your actual cashback is the commission Exness actually pays x 60%, so it can differ from the table.
- CB-Dogs does not use Exness's own Rebates feature. You will not see a rebate inside your Exness account, and you should not set one up.
Step 1: check the link status on CB-Dogs
Log in and open your trading accounts page. Each account you submitted shows one of four statuses.
| Status | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Pending review | We received the account number and are confirming it against the partner data. | Wait. Do not submit it again. A very new account can take a little longer to appear. |
| Approved | The account is linked to CB-Dogs. | Cashback is credited after Exness pays the commission. See step 3. |
| Rejected | We could not link it. A reason is shown. | Fix the cause (step 2) and submit again. |
| Unlinked | The account does not appear under CB-Dogs' partner relationship. | Check how it was opened (step 2). |
If you never submitted the number at all, the account will not appear here, and no cashback can be matched to you. Opening an account through our link is necessary but not enough on its own: you also submit the Exness account number on the accounts page. The full order is in how to open an Exness account and link cashback.
Step 2: how was the account opened?
Exness attributes each account to one partner (IB). CB-Dogs can only credit cashback on accounts attributed to us. Common reasons an account is Rejected or Unlinked:
- Opened directly on Exness, or through another site's link. The account sits under no partner or under someone else. Trading before it is attributed to us does not earn cashback from us.
- Wrong number. Submit the trading account number from your Exness Personal Area, not a different identifier, and check there is no missing digit. If you have several Exness accounts, make sure you submitted the one you actually trade on.
- Mismatched details. If you entered an email for the account, it must match the one registered at Exness.
- Demo account. A demo account uses simulated funds, produces no commission, and earns nothing. See demo vs live accounts and forex cashback.
For an existing account opened elsewhere, Exness offers a partner change request from your own Personal Area, confirmed with a code and reported to take roughly 3 business days. It only applies going forward, so trades closed before the change are not reassigned. The steps are in Exness partner change: how to switch an existing account to a new IB; follow that guide and Exness's on-screen instructions rather than guessing menu names. If the account is new or barely used, opening a fresh account through our link is the simpler route. After the change is processed, submit the number again on your accounts page.
Step 3: Approved, but nothing yet. Check the timing
An Approved account is linked, but cashback still takes time because it is paid out of the commission Exness pays the partner.
- You trade and close positions.
- Exness pays the commission to CB-Dogs, and we credit your balance.
- The credit shows on your dashboard under Pending (confirming), with an "Upcoming releases" line saying when each amount becomes withdrawable.
- Once that date passes, it moves to Available to withdraw.
For Exness, expect about 2-3 weeks from trade to withdrawable balance. That is a guide, not a guarantee. XM is slower, which is why a friend's XM timeline may not match yours; see when is forex cashback paid for both. Pending money is not lost; it is simply not withdrawable yet. Also note two holds: referral earnings become withdrawable 7 days after crediting, and changing your payout wallet puts a 24-hour hold on withdrawals.
Step 4: is the amount smaller than you expected?
If cashback arrived but looks low, compare it with how the number is calculated rather than with the table alone.
| Account type | Rebate / lot (USDT) |
|---|---|
| StandardNo separate commission — Exness pays partners a share of the spread. The estimate below is for EURUSD at our current partner rank; GBPUSD and gold (XAUUSD) typically pay more per lot, tighter-spread pairs less. Rates rise automatically as our trading volume with Exness grows. | 0.96 |
| ProNo separate commission — Exness pays partners a share of the spread, at a lower percentage than Standard. We don't yet have a reliable per-instrument estimate for this account type, so no figure is shown; your cashback is still 60% of the actual commission Exness pays us. | 0.0 |
| ZeroCommission-based account with near-zero raw spreads. The estimate below is for EURUSD at our current partner rank; other instruments vary. Cashback is paid in addition to the raw spread and does not affect the commission you pay Exness. | 0.25 |
| Raw SpreadCommission-based account with raw interbank spreads. Exness pays partners a fixed amount per lot that varies by instrument; we don't yet have a reliable figure to show, so no estimate is listed — your cashback is still 60% of the actual commission Exness pays us. | 0.0 |
Provisional rate
- The per-lot figures are estimates. On Standard accounts Exness pays a share of the spread, so the commission per lot moves with the actual spread at the time. On Zero and Raw-type accounts it is a fixed amount per lot, which is smaller per lot.
- Your cashback is the commission Exness actually paid x 60%. A trade made at a tighter spread than the estimate pays less.
- Profit or loss does not matter. Only traded volume counts.
- Different account types change the figure a lot. Compare them in Exness account types explained.
Gold is a common source of surprise because the per-lot figure is larger and swings more with spread. See Exness gold cashback per lot.
Step 5: trades Exness may not pay commission on
Some trades or accounts may produce no partner commission, and then there is nothing for us to pass on. Exness sets these rules and can change them, so check the partner and account terms on Exness's own pages. Cases to keep in mind:
- Accounts or trades that Exness excludes from partner commission, for example certain account programs or accounts holding promotional bonuses.
- Trades that do not generate a real spread or fee, such as demo trading.
- Abnormal activity that Exness treats as abuse of the partner program.
We do not claim a complete list here because Exness does not give us one we can quote. If a trade you made seems to have earned nothing while others did, tell us the account number, date and instrument.
Step 6: don't use Exness's own Rebates feature
Exness gives partners a built-in rebate tool. CB-Dogs does not use it: our cashback is calculated from the commission and paid in USDT (TRC20) from your CB-Dogs balance. If you contact Exness expecting a rebate to appear in your trading account, there will be none, and that is expected. Using both would be double rebating.
Step 7: country of residence and wallet banners
If you cannot link accounts or withdraw, look for banners at the top of your CB-Dogs member pages.
- Country of residence not set. Linking and withdrawals stay locked until you set it in Settings. Some countries are not eligible at all; see eligibility.
- No USDT (TRC20) wallet. Add the address in Settings to enable withdrawals. Payouts are USDT on TRC20 only. The minimum withdrawal is 10 USDT; a 3 USDT fee applies below 50 USDT, and withdrawals of 50 USDT or more are free.
A balance that looks missing may just be below the minimum withdrawal. It stays in your balance and adds up.
When to contact support
Write to [email protected] or use the contact form if:
- the status has been Pending review for more than 2 business days;
- an account is Rejected and you believe the reason is wrong;
- you are well past 3 weeks since a trade and the account is Approved but nothing shows, not even Pending;
- you finished a partner change and the account is still not linked.
Include your CB-Dogs email, the Exness account number (never your Exness password), the date the account was opened and how (our link, direct, or another site), the approximate trade dates and instruments, and a screenshot of the status. That lets us check quickly instead of asking back and forth.
